It is not always clear at the information view level as to when 2 uses of a View should be captured as 2 Representations of a single View or 2 separate Views.
Therefore:
  • If 2 uses of an Information View are separate by:
    • "Owner" [a split in a common perspective could occur at some point, even if it hasn't already]
    • Semantics (from the 2 perspectives in question) whereby 2 or more people in the organisation have a different understanding of what a View means
    • The attributes of the View are different in the 2 uses
  • Then create 2 separate Information Views.
  • Otherwise, create two Information Representations of that View.
