Following very positive feedback via the forums, the Essential Integration Server has been replaced with the Essential Integration Tab, which is an evolution of the server in an easy to use form.  It provides source-data import and integration capabilities.

The Essential Integration Tab is a Protege Tab Plugin that provides a powerful capability to import and synchronise information about your architecture from existing data sources such as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, configuration management databases, process models, databases and other Essential Architecture Manager repositories.

This new plugin replaces the pre-alpha version of the Essential Integration Server in an easy-to-install and easy-to-use tab, simplifying the process of importing existing source information into your Essential Architecture Manager repository.

The integration tab operates in both stand-alone and multi-user configurations and provides an easy-to-use interface to a powerful integration platform.
